She is part of the team advising BHP Billiton on its proposal to merge with Rio Tinto, worked with St.George on its proposed merger with Westpac, ArcelorMittal on acquisition of its stake in Macarthur Cole, Incitec Pivot on its acquisition of Dyno Nobel, MBF’s demutualisation and merger with BUPA Australia and was project manager on T3. She has advised clients on issues management and privatisation briefs in industrial relations, environment, energy and health and has particular expertise in assisting organisations moving through a period of change associated with restructuring, takeover, mergers, change of ownership or operational closure.

Peter Sekuless

Peter edits the Gavin Anderson & Company / Charles Sturt University Bulletin of Public and Corporate Communication. He is familiar with all aspects of government, parliament, the public service and many regulatory agencies at the federal level. Ian is Non-Executive Chairman of Gavin Anderson & Company (Australia). He established Kortlang Melbourne in 1995 before Gavin Anderson & Company acquired Kortlang in 1996. Ian has devised and implemented many communications strategies on high-profile and complex public affairs projects and domestic and cross-border financial briefs. He managed the communications strategy around the Telstra 3 share offer, having managed T2 and the sale of Sydney Airport. He has managed communications on several M&A transactions. He sits on the boards of Jirrawun Arts, a leading Aboriginal Arts organisation based in the Kimberley and Media Team Australia.
